Our Story

Why JELA? In 2020 I decided to open my own salon. JELA was created using the initials of my four miracle babies, Jack, Ellie, Lilly & Aria. Family means the world to me and it made sense to build the business around them, allowing me to be a mum, as well as successful in what I do. I absolutely love my job and making others happy. It’s my hope in the years to come that team JELA will all be working alongside their mum. 

I can’t believe it’s been almost five years since we opened! In those 5 years, my team and I have worked super hard to make JELA the fantastic salon it is today, welcoming clients old and new for a little bit of TLC.

In that time JELA has also grown to support competitive freestyle dancers across Scotland. This is something that I’m extremely passionate about, having three daughters that all dance on the competitive circuit. Head over to our Sponsors page to check out some of our amazing dancers.
